Q: What is a zine?
A: Zine is shortened from the word magazine. It's usually a self-published publication containing images and texts.Q: What is the theme of this zine?
A: This zine revolves around the Junior discipline throughout the four seasons and different holidays.Q: What does canon-compliant and modern AU mean?
A: Canon-compliant means that your creation is an extension of the already existing canon universe. Modern AU stands for an alternative universe set in modern time, and is not related to the canon setting at all.Q: How old must contributor be in order to apply for the zine?
A: Applicant must be at least 18 years old by the time application opens.Q: How many contributors are you accepting?
A: We will be accepting around 25 - 30 contributors (cover, page and merch artist), including guest contributors. We are currently looking at an art-only zine. However, depending on how the interest check result goes, we may extend application to cosplayers too.Q: Will you be accepting writers too?
A: Unfortunately, as we do not have a writer Mod on our team, we have decided to not open up application for writers.Q: What are the expectations from the contributors?
A: Contributors are expected to create an original illustration / merch design for the zine.Q: How will contributors be compensated?
A: This project is a P4P (pay for production). However, as we want to compensate our contributors and mods with a free copy and full merch bundles, this cost will also be calculated into into the sales price. We hope that supporter will understand this decision, as the contributor and mods play a big part in making this zine happen! Should there be any profit left after the zine has been wrapped up, we will donate it to a charity of our choosing and post the receipt as a proof.Q: Where will you be shipping from?

Application
Contributor applications will be open from May 17th to June 17th.Please make sure read out the application requirements before filling it out! If you have any questions, feel free to drop them in our ask box.❀ All applicants must be at least 18 years old by the time application opens.
❀ Portfolio link must be easy accessible. Please double check your folder share setting if you are using Google Drive.
❀ If you have NSFW pieces in your portfolio, please state it during your application.
❀ Zine will contain both fully illustrated pieces and splash art.
❀ MXTX pieces are not required, but encouraged. It will not affect your application.✾ Application Requirement ✾
✾ Portfolio should contain at least 5 pieces that represent your current art style.
✾ If you wish to draw splash art for the zine, please include splash art samples in your portfolio.
✾ For merch artists, your portfolio should ideally include chibi art samples.
✾ Merch samples should include merch type that you want to make for this zine, e.g. if you want to make washi tapes, please show us washi tapes you have done in the past.
✾ Digital and traditional samples are both accepted.
✾ For traditional samples, pieces must be scanned and cleaned up.
✾ You can apply for multiple position and you may get accepted for both.
✾ If you wish to apply for both position but only get accepted for one, please state your preference in the application.
